Literacy
We are starting Unit 5 of Literacy this week! We will begin working on the Unit 5 sight words. We are now working on opinion writing during our whole group writing time and are continuing to discuss how to fill out a T-chart. This week we will start work with the book, The Tiny Seed.
Math
We are now in our Unit 6 of Math! We are continuing to count our straws everyday. We talk about how many straws are in the tens and ones place, and how we bundle them when we get to a set of ten. This week we are starting our talk about addition and will begin talking about number stories.
Science
We will be starting our unit on plants and animals this week!
